Led by an administrator with more than 20 years of senior care experience, our team includes an in-house Registered Nurse, experienced Med Techs, and dedicated caregivers who work together to ensure every resident receives personalized, respectful care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for compassionate individuals who want more than just a job—they want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every day. Position We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend Caregiver to join our team.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Weekend Shift)
Starting Pay:
$17.00 per hour $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 120 days of employment and remaining in good standing. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities while promoting independence. Observe residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing staff or supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation as required. Assist with housekeeping, laundry, meal service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide exceptional resident care. Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and patient. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if required. Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with Idaho Department of Health and Welfare regulations.
