Job Description

Fill-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Residential Habilitation Staff We are seeking dependable and flexible Fill-In Staff to provide support to individuals receiving residential habilitation services. This position is responsible for covering open shifts as needed and assisting individuals with daily living skills, community integration, personal care, and maintaining a safe and positive living environment. This position is very flexible.
Position Requirements:
Must be available and willing to pick up 1-2 shifts per pay period when asked . Must have a valid driver's license , reliable vehicle , and current automobile insurance . Ability to transport individuals safely to appointments, activities, and community outings. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to pass all required background checks and training requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal goals. Supporting community involvement and recreational activities. Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. Completing required documentation and communication with team members. Maintaining professionalism and following company policies and procedures. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible schedule while making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Pay:
