Seeking graveyard shift employee 10pm-6am. We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy caregiver to join our staff in providing excellent care to our residents. To succeed as a caregiver you should be patient, empathetic and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your residents feel safe and comfortable.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Assisting with different activities of daily living (ADL's), like serving meals, getting dressed, personal hygiene, bathroom functions, and bathing. Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication. Ensure residents bedroom is organized and clean according to their needs and safety measures are in place. Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks Providing mobility assistance may be required, such as transferring in and out of bed, a chair or a wheelchair. Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior and needs. We are a small facility that houses up to 24 residents so we expect staff to make residents feel at home and serve them with kindness. Every other weekend is required for this position as we try to ensure every staff member can enjoy weekends as well. Also, staff is expected to help out with holidays since we are a 24/7 facility. Caregivers are required to earn their medication certification and CPR/First aid upon being hired for the job. The company will assist in the process if needed.' '
