What You'll Do As a Homemaker / Caregiver, you may be responsible for: Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers Offering companionship and emotional support Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping Keeping the client's home clean and safe Using a mobile app to clock in and document care Communicating effectively with our office team Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct Our clients depend on consistent care, so showing up and following through are essential. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience (preferred) CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required — training available for the right candidate) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Smartphone capable of handling care documentation Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check and drug screening We look for caregivers who bring professionalism, compassion, and accountability to their work. Experience is valuable, but a strong work ethic is essential.
