As a DSP, you'll become an important part of each person's support system by encouraging independence, promoting choice, and helping individuals achieve their personal goals while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. No two days are exactly the same, making this career both rewarding and engaging. As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Encourage independence while providing support when needed Build positive, respectful relationships with the individuals we serve Assist with recreational activities, appointments, outings, and community involvement Support individuals in reaching personal goals and learning daily living skills Document services and communicate important information with the care team Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Administer medications (if certified; training available) Work alongside a caring, collaborative team focused on improving lives Assistant Cook / DSP This position combines food service responsibilities with direct support duties.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving nutritious meals Following menus and dietary requirements Maintaining kitchen sanitation and food safety standards Assisting with inventory and supplies Supporting residents during meals when needed Providing direct care and supervision throughout the shift

DSP :

2:00 PM•10:00 PM. Days vary.
