• Homecare Aide Job Description Requirements Valid driver's license with a safe and verifiable driving record (optional) High School diploma or equivalent required Previous experience as a Homecare Aide for any agency preferable Documentation of a physical examination no more than six months prior to employment Have a clear background check at the time of hiring Is not listed in the excluded provider from the federal Department of Health and Human services Successful completion of pre-service training Being present at mandatory trainings

Responsibilities:

Assist the client in daily activities Responsible for meal planning and preparation Keep the home in the optimum state of cleanliness and safety Help the client with mobility needs Responds immediately to any medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers and render First Aid until ER personnel arrive Report service hours using Electronic Visit Verification Adult diaper change, light cooking, transferring, assist with changing clothes.

HOURS OF WORK

Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm Saturday, Sunday 4pm-7pm
