Role:

Assisting Hands - Matteson is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male Caregiver to join our amazing team in Matteson, IL! This is a Monday-Friday position where you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plans Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Assist with medication reminders and follow established care routines

Requirements:

Male caregiver candidates preferred to meet specific client care needs Prior caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience is a plus Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
