PCA/Caregiver -
Hourly and Live-In Cases Position Type:
Independent Contractor (1099) Potential for Immediate Placement We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)/Caregivers for hourly and live-in cases. You will provide essential care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life. General Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily living activities. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light housekeeping. Assist with mobility and transportation needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities when needed. Provide medication reminders. Support individuals with dementia, disabilities, and other specialized care needs. Maintain accurate records of the care provided. Respect each client's privacy, dignity, rights, and individuality. For live-in cases, remain in the client's home during the assigned schedule and assist according to the client's care plan. Qualifications Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and emergency response practices is preferred. Ability to work patiently and respectfully with seniors and individuals with disabilities. Ability to lift, transfer, or assist clients when required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Must be willing to accept assignments in nearby cities. Genuine passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care. Dependable, responsible, and able to communicate effectively. Caregiver responsibilities, schedules, and requirements may vary depending on each client's needs. Both hourly and live-in opportunities are available.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
