Job Summary We have an
IMMEDIATE
need for a MALE dedicated and compassionate Caregiver /Personal Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those requiring memory care, hospice care, and senior care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of resident rights and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene. Provide direct support to clients in memory care settings, ensuring their safety and comfort. Facilitate social interactions and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being. Support clients with home health tasks, including medication reminders and mobility assistance. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively. Experience Previous experience in senior care, home health, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of resident rights and best practices in memory care is highly desirable. Experience in meal preparation and cooking for individuals with specific dietary needs is beneficial. Familiarity with hospice care principles and direct support roles will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families are essential for success in this role.
