Job Description

Service Technician -
Returns Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30
PM Pay Rate:
$21.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Inspect returned appliances to identify defects, damage, and operational issues. Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty components using standard hand and power tools. Clean, refurbish, and repackage appliances for inventory replenishment or secondary market distribution. Accurately document repairs, track inventory, and update unit status using warehouse management and computer systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies and safety procedures. Assist with general warehouse operations and support team objectives as needed. Qualifications Previous appliance repair, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Basic computer skills for data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, and handle appliances and parts as required. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical demands. Service Technician
