Core Job Responsibilities Personal Care:
Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Linguistic & Cultural Bridge:
Communicate fluently in Farsi (Persian) and English to ensure the client's needs, fears, and preferences are fully understood by both the individual and their family.
Household Support:
Handle meal planning, traditional meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Health Monitoring:
Give medication reminders, and report any health changes to family members.
Companionship:
Offer emotional support, reduce isolation, and engage the client in meaningful conversation in their native language.
Transportation:
Accompany clients to doctor appointment, or running errands.
