We are a family-owned and operated agency serving over 100 clients in Northeast Indiana, and we're looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team as Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) . No CNA or HHA license is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed. If you have a heart for helping others, this is your opportunity to make a real difference! Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required) Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to complete company training, CPR, and TB testing Ability to follow care instructions and communicate effectively Availability to work weekends is a must — we are flexible, but prefer that employees work at least one weekend per month Responsibilities Assist clients with everyday needs (companionship, meals, light housekeeping) Provide support with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, mobility assistance) Offer encouragement and social interaction to promote independence Report changes in client's condition to supervisors Create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment in the client's home What We Offer Flexible scheduling (day, evening, and weekend shifts available) Competitive hourly pay Paid orientation & ongoing training opportunities Supportive, family-oriented work environment The chance to start a rewarding career in home health care — no prior certification required!
