Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible while assisting with everyday personal care and household needs. If you are energetic, attentive, and committed to enhancing quality of life for others, this is the perfect role for you! Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and dignity Assist with transfers and ambulation as needed Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and organization Assist with errands and other approved daily living needs Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor Follow the client's care plan and agency policies Maintain client privacy and confidentiality Document services accurately and complete required clock-in/clock-out procedures Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred Experience in home care, assisted living, group homes, or similiar settings is a plus Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks CPR/First Aid certification required Strong communication and documentation skills
