Help clients with daily living activities. Provide companionship and emotional support. Provide medication reminders. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Accompany clients during approved community activities. Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Document the care provided and communicate with the care team. Experience and Qualifications Previous home-care, assisted-living, or long-term-care experience is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Experience supporting individuals with autism, dementia, or physical disabilities is a plus. Applicants must demonstrate compassion, reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Applicants must satisfy all applicable screening, training, and employment requirements.
