Education:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing preferably with a Bachelor of Science degree. Due to frequent regulatory/licensure/accreditation changes, continued education through workshops and seminars is required.

Licensure/Certification:

Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana. Must maintain current BLS. Must provide proof of current insurance against liability for personal injury, death or property damage that may arise due to employee's ownership, maintenance and operation of automobile. Must provide proof of valid driver's license and renewals. Must provide own transportation to and from patient homes.

Experience:

Experience in management and home care services are preferred.

Mental/Physical Effort:

Work performed is varied in nature and requires prolonged periods of close concentration to details and accuracy. Demands initiative and decision making in possibly controversial and/or emotional issues. Approximately 75% of the time is spent in an office setting.
