We are seeking a caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain a comfortable and safe environment. Your primary duties will involve assisting with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring overall well-beingKey Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor or family members.
- Provide mobility assistance, including helping clients move around their home or assist with transportation to appointments.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for the client, following all health and safety protocols.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or in a similar healthcare role is preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client travel).
