Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care services to clients, including but not limited to:

+ Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

+ Medication Reminders

+ Assisting with mobility and transfers

+ Providing emotional support and companionship Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with the care team Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and developments

Requirements:

1 year of experience in home healthcare or a related field Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist clients with transfers and mobility Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Compassionate and caring demeanor with a strong commitment to client-centered care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
