Experienced & Compassionate In-Home Caregivers Are you a caring, seasoned individual who finds joy in helping others? Our newly opened Seniors Helping Seniors franchise is looking for mature, loving, and experienced caregivers to join our team. We believe that the best care comes from individuals with relevant life experience, patience, and a warm heart. Our mission is to create win-win scenarios by matching more active seniors with less active seniors for support, fostering relationships, and offering meaningful connection. We also desire to support their loved ones and remove the caregiving burden so they can simply enjoy being family again. Starting at $17/hr. with an excellent work environment (including 24/7 support), we have full-time and part-time caregiving positions available in Wichita, Maize, Valley Center, Hutchinson, Mount Hope, Newton and the surrounding areas!

Job Responsibilities:
Companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation Medication reminders, running errands, and transportation to appointments Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer's/Dementia care
Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year of documented caregiving experience Treat clients with dignity and respect Weekend availability (If applicable) Effective communication skills Valid driver's license and auto insurance Compliance with State of Kansas regulations, DMV check, and drug screening We are an equal opportunity employer.
