What You'll Do:
Administer medications safely and accurately. Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents living with memory loss. Assist residents with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions. Help create a calm, engaging, and welcoming environment during the evening hours. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and teammates.We're Looking For Someone Who:
