Your Role As a Caregiver, you will: Build meaningful relationships while assisting clients with daily routines, including dressing, meals, and personal hygiene. Provide compassionate dementia and memory care support. Assist clients with safe transfers using mobility equipment, including Hoyer lifts. Transport clients to local outings and appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records using our simple electronic documentation system. Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate support tailored to each client's individual needs. Requirements Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings. Strong communication skills and a genuine heart for serving others. Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients. Valid driver's license. Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
