Current Openings:
1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm 2nd
Shift A:
Sunday 10am-10pm, Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm 2nd
Shift B:
Wednesday-Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm
Overview:
Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable, compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining structure, and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches Maintain a safe, structured environment Assist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activities Transport youth to appointments and community activities Administer medications (as trained) Document daily interactions and incidents
Pay & Benefits:
$18.00 - $20.82/hour Retention bonuses up to $1,000 Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and
PTO Requirements:
21+ years old Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background check and drug screen
