What We Offer Paid position with opportunities for professional growth Meaningful, purpose-driven work Supportive team environment Hands-on experience in caregiving and community support Opportunity to positively impact lives every day Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance Assist with medication administration according to established protocols and monitor client well-being, including vital signs when required Support individuals living with dementia and memory-related conditions using person-centered approaches and behavioral support techniques Safely assist with transfers and mobility using adaptive equipment such as Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices Prepare meals based on dietary needs and provide feeding assistance as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Encourage social engagement through activities, outings, and meaningful daily interactions Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients What You Bring Experience in assisted living, nursing home, home care, or community support settings preferred Knowledge of medication assistance, vital signs monitoring, and basic first aid Understanding caring for those with physical and intellectual disabilities and positive behavior strategies Ability to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and diverse care needs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and ability to safely transport clients when required Experience with EMR documentation is an asset Join Our Team If you're passionate about helping others and want to be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and growth, we'd love to hear from you.
