Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors
• Medication reminders, bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, companion care,
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions
• Promote and uphold resident rights and ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Engage in social activities and provide companionship
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Memory care, light housekeeping, meal preparation
• Transfer/ambulation/walking/escort, assist with exercise regimen
• Grocery shopping, light laundry and clean up.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct service worker, or caregiving is preferred
• Knowledge of resident rights and senior care practices
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
