Responsibilities Companionship & Social Support:

Conversation, recreational activities, and meaningful connection.

Homemaking:

Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and errands.

Personal Care:

Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Medication Support:

Reminders and cueing (no medication administration).

Mobility & Safety:

Assistance with safe transfers, walking support, and fall-prevention practices.

Transportation:

Escorting clients to appointments, errands, or community activities (with valid license/insurance).

Documentation:

Complete accurate shift notes, timekeeping, and incident reports using agency systems. Qualifications Passion for serving others and a heart for supporting the elderly and vulnerable in our community as well as their families. Prior caregiving, HHA, PCA or CNA experience required Minimum 18 years of age. Valid government-issued photo ID. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds Reliable transportation; valid driver's license and proof of insurance if transporting clients. Successful completion of background checks. At least two professional/personal references. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before client assignment). Schedule & Pay Flexible shifts available (days, evenings, weekends, overnights). Weekly pay with direct deposit. Competitive hourly rates ($18-$23/hour starting, based on experience and case type).
