That means benefits like accrued sick time, healthcare, and vacation time with our nanny placements! We handle payroll and taxes, and cover workers' comp. Easy peasy! Caregiver Requirements Be reliable, engaging, and proactive. Be ready to play games, read stories, get crafty, and embark on imaginative quests! You have at least 2+ years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or similar caregiving roles. You can commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, with availability between 7 am
- 7 pm or 8 am
- 8 pm (most shifts are 8 hours but this window of availability ensures your bookings) You're 18+ years old.
