Looking for someone With ability to see the whole person and their potential, not just their support needs Has a positive life outlook and sense of adventure with safety awareness Calm and respectful attitude Intuitive, innovative and flexible both in approach and provision of support Comfortable providing appropriate transfers and physical support/personal care for identified community opportunities Familiarity/experience with therapeutic horseback riding a plus Experience supporting non-verbal individuals with multiple challenges (tight muscles due to Cerebral Palsy, lack of vision) a plus Required Basic cooking ability Reliability is a must. Ability to work as part of a two person team Your physical strength needed for all transfers and activities of daily living Physically active Great learning opportunity for those looking to pursue any field with close human interaction (ie.
