This vital role involves delivering personalized care in a home environment, fostering independence, and ensuring safety and comfort at all times and also driving the client to grocery store or to doctor's appointment. Responsibilities Provide companionship and assist client to keep active lifestyle Drive client to doctor's office or to grocery store Assist with house chores Assist with personal care following plan of care Utilize specialized equipment following Plan of Care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment by performing regular cleaning duties and ensuring infection control standards Support residents with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia by implementing personalized care strategies Maintain clear and transparent communication with client family and hiring agency. Skills Proven experience in providing personal and companionship care Good communication skill.
