About Us Homewatch CareGivers has delivered trusted, person-directed home care since 1980. Homewatch CareGivers of Newton-Wellesley is opening a new office serving thirteen communities across Boston's western suburbs, from Newton and Waltham to Lexington, Belmont, and Bedford. We are hiring our founding Operations Manager to run the agency day to day and make the call when the owner is not in the room. This is the most important hire we will make. Compensation $60,000 to $70,000 base salary 10% annual performance bonus Profit sharing beginning in Year 2 Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays Responsibilities Own the caregiver schedule; handle call-outs and backfill Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain caregivers Conduct in-home client assessments and build the care plans that guide every visit Perform quality assurance and supervisory home visits Share the on-call and after-hours rotation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families Own agency metrics: retention, schedule fill rate, satisfaction, and compliance Qualifications 2+ years in home care, home health, senior living, hospice, or healthcare Supervisory experience preferred HHA, CNA, or CDP certification preferred Scheduling, staffing, or workforce logistics experience a plus, not required Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus, not required Valid MA driver license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
