A genuine love for working with older adults Flexibility, sensitivity to the needs of others, and reliability Ability to speak, read and write in English Proactive communication Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally Flexible scheduling with full-time/part-time work available now.
