As a Home Halo Caregiver, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility Providing companionship and emotional support Preparing meals based on client needs and preferences Providing light housekeeping, laundry, and household assistance Assisting with shopping, errands, appointments, and social outings Supporting clients with their established plan of care Communicating changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor Responding appropriately and responsibly in emergency situations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to helping others.

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, or senior care experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive and compassionate attitude Strong ethics and dependability Good organizational skills Ability to work independently Commitment to client health, safety, dignity, and privacy Ability to assist with household tasks and meal preparation Physical ability to perform the responsibilities of the position High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
