You will help individuals build essential life skills, foster independence, and ensure their human rights are upheld every single day.

What You'll Do Empowerment:

Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and collect data to document personal progress and growth.

Support & Household Management:

Assist with activities of daily living, including self-care, budgeting, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and household maintenance.

Community Engagement:

Accompany and transport individuals to work, medical appointments, social engagements, and recreational activities.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with the Residential House Manager and fellow team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming home.

What We're Looking For Heart & Passion:

A genuine interest in working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Character:

A demonstrated ability to maintain respectful, ethical, and empowering relationships.

Physical Capacity:

The ability to assist and lift individuals with physical disabilities or limited mobility.

Reliability & Flexibility:

Strong communication skills (written/oral), high accountability for tasks, and the flexibility to cover extra hours or shifts when needed to support the household.

Certifications:

Must possess MAP Certification, as well as CPR and First Aid Certificates.
