Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Nanny/Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support for children in a private home setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to nurture young minds, assist with daily routines, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about fostering growth and development while maintaining a warm and positive atmosphere. This paid position emphasizes the importance of creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning, safety, and happiness. Duties Provide attentive childcare tailored to each child's age, including infant care, toddler activities, and preschool engagement Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary needs and preferences Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children and tidying play areas Assist with personal transportation needs for children to attend activities or appointments safely Support children with developmental needs by working with individuals with disabilities when required Engage children in educational activities, playtime, teaching moments, and age-appropriate learning experiences Administer first aid and CPR in case of emergencies while following safety protocols diligently Support daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and diaper changes for infants and toddlers Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in caregiving approaches and communicate progress or concerns effectively Experience Proven nanny or caregiving experience in private homes or daycare settings with multiple children Hands-on experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children Demonstrated ability to care for children with disabilities or special needs effectively Knowledge of childcare best practices including meal preparation, safety procedures, and developmental activities Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in teaching or early childhood education are a plus Experience providing transportation assistance using personal vehicle or other means is preferred Previous babysitting or nannying roles that showcase reliability, patience, and adaptability Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives!
