Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments or errands Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience required Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills CNA license is a plus CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
