We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated personal care aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive environment.
Responsibilities Daily Living Assistance:
Provide coaching and support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) tailored to each individual's needs.
Health & Safety:
Ensure living and working environments are clean, safe, and meet the needs of individuals, including compliance with medical recommendations and care plans.
Adaptability:
Evolve your approach as individuals' needs evolve, serving as a key member of their support team. Experience Previous experience in caregiving roles is preferred. Experience in transfering Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and basic health care practices. Knowledge of CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to dietary restrictions or preferences of clients. A caring & positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support and enhancing the lives of those in your care. $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
