We are a home care health agency that provides support services such as assistance with daily living activities and housekeeping services for the adults and the pediatric population in Maryland in the comfort of their homes Companionship and or quick assistance with some daily living activities Follow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist in providing care. Provide assistance with hygiene such as bathing, oral care, and dressing. Observe and report any safety hazards found in the client's home or any significant observations regarding the client. Report patient complaints to RN. Maintain patient confidentiality/adheres to HIPPA requirements, agency policy and, procedures manual. Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions. Report abnormal findings in patient's conditions as observed and per care plan to RN.' '
