What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting adults living with mental illness in daily life and routines Helping with medication, transportation, and community activities Responding to crisis situations with a calm, supportive approach (training provided) Encouraging independence and building life skills Writing daily progress notes and working as part of a team Occasional mandatory (mandated) shifts may apply during staff shortagesWhat You Need:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; along with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 liability and uninsured motorist coverage for potentially transporting clients A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills CRMA and/ or MHRT/C is a plus- but not required.
