Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to ensure comfort and dignity. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning patient areas and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. Skills Proven experience in home & community care or long-term care settings, including assisted living or nursing homes. Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior promptly. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals, residents' families, and team members.
