We are currently seeking a Part-Time Field Supervisor to join our team serving the Northern Maine region. •Travel throughout Northern Maine is required for this position.

•At times position may include direct care to meet part-time hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements: Hold a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certificate with at least one year of personal care experience. Have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing. Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Have a combination of at least five years of education and/or experience in a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel to client homes to complete intakes, reassessments, and supervisory visits. Review and understand assessments and plans of care provided by care coordination agencies. Develop and maintain care plans using CareSmartz360+ templates. Conduct supervisory visits and performance evaluations with caregivers and clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Recognize and appropriately report abuse, neglect, or concerns involving vulnerable adults. Maintain knowledge of client rights and advocate for quality care. Complete assigned documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, uploading documentation, email correspondence, and phone communication. Respond to client and staff concerns, incidents, and support needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to pass all required background checks. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, and other basic computer programs. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
