SaaS Home Care LLC Location:
Windham, Maine (office-based) with occasional travel up to 2 hours radius for client admissions and supervisionHours:
32 hours/week (full-time, flexible schedule)Compensation:
$18-$20/hour plus mileage reimbursement for field work Job Summary SaaS Home Care LLC is a licensed personal care and home health agency in Maine. We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee daily operations, support growth initiatives, and ensure compliance with Maine supervision regulations. This role is primarily office-based , but requires occasional travel within a 2-hour radius for client admissions and on-site supervision of direct care employees. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing administrative and field responsibilities independently. Job Duties Conduct client admissions within a 2-hour radius of the office Perform on-site supervision of direct care staff in compliance with Maine regulations: On-site supervision at least once every 30 days for each employee during the first 3 months of employment Observe services, assess competency, and address any issues Document supervisory visits, including: Services observed Competency issues noted Action plan to resolve issues Interview with client/legal representative regarding satisfaction and service plan adherence Complete annual performance reviews for direct care staff Manage scheduling, billing, payroll, and compliance Maintain accurate client and caregiver records Support recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers Identify opportunities to grow the client base Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operations Job Responsibilities Ensure all direct care employees receive required on-site supervision and documentation Conduct at least 4 client admissions per week Complete weekly caregiver supervision for all active clients beyond initial 3-month period as needed Maintain 100% compliance with Maine state regulations Ensure administrative accuracy and resolve client/caregiver issues within 24-48 hours Submit weekly operational reports to the owner Job Qualifications Must meet supervisory regulatory requirements: License in good standing as LPN or RN , or Completion of Department-approved personal care services course plus 1+ year experience , or Registered as CNA , or Minimum 5 years combined education/experience in related field 2+ years experience in home care operations, healthcare management, or business operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with technology for scheduling, billing, and reporting Reliable transportation for travel within a 2-hour radius Job Conditions Full-time, 32 hours/week Office-based with occasional travel for admissions and supervisionCompensation:
