Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $16.00/hour Schedule Requirements Every other weekend Holiday rotation Position Summary As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to our residents while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. You'll become an important part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a comfortable, home-like environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility. Follow individualized resident care plans. Assist with or administer medications after completing training. Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the appropriate staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with the caregiving team to provide exceptional resident care. Qualifications No experience or license required—we provide paid, on-the-job training!
