Compensation:
Earn $600•750 paid weekly, with potential to earn $800 or more after 6 months.Supplemental Pay:

Team Lead:
Oversee a small team, manage schedules, and ensure quality standards.Trainer:
Train new hires, develop training materials, and improve cleaning techniques across the team.What Success Looks Like:

Full schedule, maintaining quality, and earning positive online reviews. 6Months:
Eligibility for promotion to team lead. 9Months:
Eligibility for promotion to trainer role.Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to handbook policies and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Communicate effectively and report any discrepancies in job notes. Work independently and support team members as needed.Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. A valid Driver's License and a good driving record. Your own reliable, insured vehicle. Ability to work full-time (30-38 hours per week) Enjoy working around pets Able to engage with our electronic app via a smartphone. Must be able to pass a National criminal background check and Drug test. English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.Ideal Candidate:
