Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Aide to join our team at a senior living community. The Resident Aide will be responsible for providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring their well-being.
Duties:
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Administer medications following proper protocols and documentation
  • Monitor and record vital signs of residents
  • Support residents in maintaining a clean and organized living environment
  • Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure comprehensive care for residents
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or memory care setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of caregiving principles and practices
  • Proficiency in assisting with ADLs and medication administration
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems for tracking resident care
