Full Job Description Job Summary Available Shifts:
1st Shift 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 2nd Shift 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. 3rd Shift 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living. Provide medication reminders or medication assistance as permitted and assigned Respond promptly and respectfully to residents' needs and requests. Support residents with transfers, walking, repositioning, and incontinence care. Assist during mealtimes, taking meal and beverage requests, serving, and clearing tables. Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs. Observe residents for changes in physical condition, behavior, or mood and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Follow individualized service plans and document care accurately. Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas through light housekeeping duties. Follow infection-control, resident-safety, confidentiality, and emergency-response procedures. Communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, supervisors, and healthcare providers. Provide patient, reassuring support to residents living with memory loss or dementia. Complete other resident-care duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior caregiving, assisted living, memory care, CNA, or medication technician experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is (required) Drivers license / Social Security Card Must be compassionate, patient, reliable, and respectful. Must communicate effectively and work well as part of a care team. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be available to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. Must meet all applicable background-check, health-screening, and employment requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and remain active throughout an eight-hour shift with scheduled breaks. Ability to assist residents safely with mobility and transfers. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance or appropriate equipment when required.
Pay:
$15.50 - $16.00 per hour
