Employment Type:
Full Time / Part-Time Shifts currently Hiring for: 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm The flexibility to work a combination of 1st AND 2nd shift is highly preferred.

Job Summary:
We are seeking empathetic and reliable Direct Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration (per state regulations). Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social, emotional, and physical well-being. Monitor and document clients' health, behavior, and progress, reporting concerns to supervisors. Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments, community outings, or recreational activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients. Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or a related field is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with commitment to client dignity and respect. Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in environments with occasional challenging behaviors. Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
