In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support services to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality care. Requirements Previous experience in a caregiving or direct care role preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and work with clients of diverse backgrounds. Reliable transportation to and from work.
