Job Summary:
A highly motivated and results-driven Home Care Field Marketer is needed to join the growing team. This field position is responsible for expanding reach and impact within the community by building relationships with potential clients and referral sources. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring individuals receive high-quality home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the agency's service area. Establish and maintain professional relationships with various referral sources, including independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, adult homes, shelters, senior housing, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), doctor offices, and other healthcare providers. Conduct regular visits to referral sources to build and nurture relationships, generating referrals for home health services. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home health services, including conducting presentations to consumers and professional groups. Obtain enrollment information and assist members with enrollment appointments and doctor's orders as needed. Market to seniors, disabled persons, and buildings that serve these populations. Track and report on marketing activities, leads, and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure seamless patient transitions from referral to care. Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and outreach activities to promote services and build brand awareness. Identify new referral opportunities and follow up on leads.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry. Proven track record of developing and maintaining referral relationships. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the region Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Confidence in making decisions and taking initiative. Proficient in using CRM systems and other marketing tools.
