This role is perfect for someone who loves being in the field, meeting families, and earning strong bonuses for results. What You'll Do Visit clients in their homes to complete intakes and required Home Help paperwork Help clients get set up in CHAMPS and assist caregivers with enrollment Build relationships with referral sources, families, and caregivers Ensure clients start services quickly and successfully Pay & Bonuses Base pay + aggressive commission structure Bonuses for every completed start-of-care Extra performance bonuses for exceeding monthly targets Unlimited earning potential for strong performers Requirements Experience in home care, home health, or field outreach preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working independently and traveling daily Why Join Us?
