POSITION SUMMARY
Starting Pay:
$18.50 per hour | Weekly Pay | One-on-One Home Care No experience required—paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available. Work one-on-one with a client in their home—not a facility. No running between clients. More consistent schedules. More meaningful care. Now hiring in the Lake City area. Available ScheduleDay Shift:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM- Monday through Friday

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and safety
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with medication reminders and routine care needs
- Help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their own home Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Valid driver's license preferred We will train the right person—reliability and compassion matter most.
