Job Description

Job Summary At Seasons of Life, we are seeking a Direct Care Professional to support and engage our residents in the day time hours. Your role ensures safety, comfort, and connection when residents need it most.
Responsibilities Managed Care :
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Hoyer Lift Operation :
Safely and efficiently operate a Hoyer Lift for resident transfers (training provided).
Meal Preparation :
Assist with evening meals and snacks.
Housekeeping :
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Resident Engagement Medication Administration:
Accurately administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document activities.
Personalize:
Encourage and support social activities, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Reliability and compassion in caring for vulnerable populations. Ability to follow medical and care protocols. Willingness to learn and operate medical equipment (training provided). Strong communication and teamwork skills.
