We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Hospitality Aides to support our CNA staff. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families. As a Hospitality Aide, you will play a crucial role in the daily care of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting CNA staff by making beds, assisting Residents with meals, passing water pitchers, answering call lights, visiting with Residents, ensuring they get to activities of their choosing, and documenting in the Medical Record. You will provide compassionate support and companionship, ensuring each resident's dignity and well-being are upheld and they are living their best life!

Schedule:

We're flexible with scheduling, but please understand most residents' greatest needs are from 6am-10am each morning and 6pm-10pm each evening - and certainly on the weekends! We're hoping you will consider a schedule that has a positive impact upon our residents! =)

Hours:

Hours per week may vary, but there is a minimum of at least 6 hours per week, unless on LOA (Winter Break, etc). Shift lengths of 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours are allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with any requests that are within your scope of ability. Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff. Support dining services, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions. Respect and maintain residents' rights and confidentiality.
